Chelsea is an international development professional specializing in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and social justice, who is adept at formulating and executing comprehensive advocacy strategies, coordinating diverse partnerships, and strengthening feminist organizations and movements active in both development and humanitarian contexts. With broad experience in research, policy analysis, curriculum and instructional design, and grant and program management, she collaborates with multilateral agencies and NGOs to develop truly impactful strategies.

She has significant expertise in feminist organizing and advocacy, gender equality, and the prevention and response to sexual and gender-based violence.
