Landy is a consultant with over a decade of experience in international development, focusing on gender equality. She has worked with organizations like GIZ, the EU, AFD, UNDP, McCormick, the World Bank, UNFPA, Oxford Policy Management, ECPAT France, ENDA Madagascar, and Reboot, and contributed to USAID evaluations with ECODIT, DAI, Environmental Incentives, Banyan Global, Making Cents, Chemonics, Palladium Group, and Measure Evaluation.

She excels in the design, implementation, and evaluation of gender-focused interventions, with particular emphasis on Gender-Based Violence (GBV). A Fulbright Scholarship recipient, she is fluent in English, French, and Malagasy, leveraging her multicultural and multidisciplinary expertise to inform gender-responsive policymaking in agriculture, environmental sectors, and beyond. She is founder and director of the SEARCH consultancy group.
