Margaret Greene is a co-author of What Men Have to Do With It: Public Policies to Promote Gender Equality. The report describes policies from around the world that seek to involve men in challenging norms and improving equality.

Greene also worked with the Futures Group in Cambodia to conduct policy analysis and advocacy for greater acknowledgement of the role of men and boys in reproductive health and HIV. Based on the guidelines arising from this analysis, published as From Adding to the Burden to Sharing the Load: Guidelines for Male Involvement in Reproductive Health in Cambodia, a directive on men and boys was integrated into the national reproductive health policy.

Greene’s work at Population Action International was published as In This Generation: Sexual and Reproductive Health Policies For a Youthful World, a seven-country analysis of youth policy. The report shows how countries as diverse as Iran, Mexico and the Netherlands have invested in young people’s sexual and reproductive lives.
